This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data. Data processing serves to ensure the secure and stable provision of the website, error analysis and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. Forms can be downloaded as PDFs on the website. The mere download does not trigger any additional data collection by this website other than the usual server log data.

7. Photos, names and artwork

Works, names and sometimes photos of participants and those involved are published on this website. The publication of identifiable persons is generally based on voluntary consent. The joint consent includes first and last name, individual and group photos as well as publication on the website, the art school's Facebook page, in print media and newspapers and on flyers and advertising brochures.

Consent given can be revoked at any time with future effect using the contact details mentioned above. The lawfulness of processing until revocation remains unaffected. When published on the Internet, recordings can be accessed, stored and redistributed worldwide by third parties.
